Cranberry Bread Recipe

I originally got this recipe from AllRecipe but I have since changed some of the ingredients and measurements to suit my liking.



  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 – 1/2  cup sugar (I try and not use too much sugar)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 baking soda
  • 1,5 cups of chopped cranberries
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup orange juice (best if you squeeze it yourself)
  • 1 tablespoon of orange zest (optional)


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together
  3. Mix them all together
  4. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes
  5. Let it cool and then enjoy 🙂


What would be nice as an additive is chocolate chips or walnuts. I personally don’t like nuts and this recipe originally called for nuts.
